I design and make thingies that are structured, strong and unique in a tiny studio nestled in the heart of a construction zone in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

I ship worldwide from Canada. All orders are shipped via Canada Post and include a tracking number. Standard shipping is free within Canada or to the USA.

All in stock items will be dispatched 1-2 business days from the time of order. Custom orders will be dispatched on or before the agreed upon date for that item. Shipping charges and transit times are listed on the checkout page, and are estimated by Canada Post.

I have no control over the speed of delivery once the package is in the hands of the post office or customs office, however if delays occur I will do everything in my power to look into the situation.

DUTIES AND TAXES

I do not charge duties or taxes on orders. Any duties or taxes owing upon receipt of an order are set by the destination country or region and are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will not be issued for packages returned to sender due to unpaid duties.

I am not VAT registered and do not charge VAT on orders.

RETURNS

Each item I make is a unique piece of art, crafted by hand with care and passion. If you are unsure whether an item will suit your needs, please contact me so that I may address any concerns and answer any questions you have.

Custom orders are not refundable.

If you have received an in-stock (not custom) order and you wish to return it, contact me within 7 days (14 days for buyers in the EU). Please do not ship the item back until you have contacted me and have received confirmation. You have 7 days from the tracked delivery confirmation to dispatch this item back to me.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned items must be in their original, clean, unworn condition before a refund is issued. Please consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

REFUNDS

When the item has been returned in its original condition, a refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. It may take a few days for the refund to appear on your account. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.

I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of my items. I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. 

I reserve the right, but am not obligated, to limit the sales of my items to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. I may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. I reserve the right to limit the quantities of any items that I offer. All descriptions of items or pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at my sole discretion. I reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time. Any offer for any item made on this site is void where prohibited.

I reserve the right to refuse any order you place with me. I may, in my sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that I make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.
